You must sign up for 28 days of food to begin the diet and can have a suggested menu or customized menu for your food selections. Popular foods on the program are egg frittata, cinnamon squares cereal, chicken noodle soup, fettucini Alfredo, meatloaf, split pea soup, vegetable fajitas, chicken with dumplings, peanut butter cookie, nacho crisps and fudge brownie.
Biggest Loser Meal Plan
The Biggest Loser Meal Plan is based on the eating program featured on the popular weight-loss TV show. When you sign up for the program, five to seven days’ worth of meals are delivered to your door. The plan has a set menu each week and does not allow for customization. The program recommends three meals and two snacks daily.
Past menus have featured protein bagel with cream cheese, cheese tortellini in vodka sauce, sirloin steak with roasted corn, blueberry waffles with sugar-free syrup, blackened tilapia and cinnamon crunch bar. The meals are cooked fresh, then frozen for delivery.
