How to Enlarge Your Breast

Overview

Larger breasts are desired by some women, as they may increase self-esteem and make women feel more attractive. Breast size is highly personally to each woman, and “small” and “large” are relative terms when it comes to breast size. A variety of methods is available to increase breast size, including surgical and non-surgical methods.

Surgery

Step 1

Breast augmentation surgery is a surgery in which implants are placed under breast tissue or breast muscles. According to the Mayo Clinic, you should understand what the surgery involves, set realistic expectations, and know the risks.

Step 2

Visit with a plastic surgeon to discuss size, appearance, and the desired feel of your breasts. Ask for recommendations from previous clients. View before and after pictures of completed surgeries.

Step 3

Prepare for lab tests and a mammogram if required. Also, if you are a smoker, you will need to stop smoking four to six weeks prior to the breast augmentation surgery.

Exercise

Step 1

Hold a three-pound dumbbell in each hand. Stand with your feet apart, and hold your arms out to the sides, parallel to your body.

Step 2

Move the dumbbells in small circles about one foot in diameter. Perform 15 circles. Next, widen the circles and perform an additional 15 circles.

Step 3

Reverse direction and perform the same exercise backwards.

Massage

Step 1

Remove the bra. Apply lotion to the breasts.

Step 2

Massage breasts in a circular direction. Focus on one breast at a time. Reverse your direction after several minutes. Do not put too much tension on the breast. One India suggests using gentle, firm strokes. Knead each breast by gently lifting and then pressing down again.

Step 3

Lift each breast upwards until fully stretched. Release slowly and repeat five times on each breast.

Step 4

The total massage should last between three to five minutes. Massage breasts daily to increase blood flow, circulation, and possible enlargement.
