Overview
With advances in knowledge of the human body and the role nutrients play in gaining muscle, new supplements of all shapes and sizes are hitting the market each and every day. Many of these products promise increased muscle gain, speedy fat loss, healthier joints and a host of other benefits. One product that has been around for some time, however, is creatine. Creakic, a brand of creatine, helps build and maintain muscle.
Muscle Tech
Creakic is produced by a company known as MuscleTech. They create and market a wide variety of products including creatine, whey protein and fat burners. MuscleTech has won a number of awards for the supplements they have created. They describe their products as “Supplements That Work.”
What is Creatine?
Creatine is a compound found in the body. It helps to create the body’s unit of energy, adenosine triphosphate, or ATP. Creatine is created in the liver and most is stored in the muscles. It is also found in small portions in fish and red meat. Advances in science and technology have allowed creatine to be replicated and packaged in supplement form. Creatine is especially popular among athletes, as it aids in muscle building and recovery.
About Creakic
Creakic is a specific brand of creatine that is taken in pill form. Creakic works by deactivating toxic molecules in the body known as reactive oxygen species. These molecules disrupt and severely limit muscle growth. Some of the ingredients found in Creakic include creatine-6, 8-thiatic acid-ketoisocaproic acid calcium, magnesium stearate and silica.
Directions
According to the Creakic package, two servings should be taken daily. One serving is equal to three tablets and should be consumed with a glass of water. The protocol for taking Creakic differs between workout days and non-workout days. On workout days, take the first serving when you wake up and the second serving immediately following your workout. On non-workout days, take the first serving when you wake up and the second serving later in the day.
Considerations
As with any other supplement, it is important to understand that Creakic is just that—a supplement. It is an aid to your training and nothing more. That being said, there is one component of your nutrition that must be well-maintained while taking Creakic. Creatine can cause dehydration. To achieve the greatest results and keep your body healthy, aim for water intake of at least one gallon per day. Ignoring water intake while taking this supplement can lead to headaches, dizziness and other problems.
