Currently I am attempting to generate electrical and mechanical energy by using a magnetic device that is called M-1 Disc. This device operates using magnet on magnet potential energy and converting this energy into kinetic energy by rotating a central disc attached to a drive shaft that has been integratedinto an electric generator. The magnets are held within a vacuum sealed chamber to reduce drag produced by air molecules pushing against the magnets.
Many would say that this would never work mathematically, however I have produced a working prototype and currently I am working to obtain funding for a full sized working power plant. The design is diverse enough to be used in vehicles as engines and aircraft for the same purpose. There are no emissions of any kind and this device is cheap and fairly simple to maintain.
Now, when looking at other possible sources for energy and fuel you will find that no other system or fuel can be as effective and have so many applications at the same time. Hydrogen is a possible future alternative, however, you have the possibility of explosions with it, with my device no such dangers are present. Bio-fuels are also a current hope for the future, yet they are still going to cause some sort of emission, and style rely on combustion to generate the needed energy. This combustion will still create emission problems.
For power plants coal seems to be the past and present, along with nuclear power, which creates a possible danger. The M-1 Disc would eliminate the need for any of the above power sources. This may seem to present a problem in the fact that many people would lose their jobs, however the plan is to train the people who would lose their jobs and give them jobs working at our plants and factories which would produce the M-1 Disc for it’s many applications.
Although the need for such a worry is a few years off, the funding for our project has been stalled due to the current economic crisis. We plan on picking up production as soon as possible and will be publicized when such a time is appropriate.
